At Officeworks, we don't just say low prices we aim to live them.

Our Price Beat Guarantee (PBG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor (even if it's on sale), we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%.

How do I obtain the 5% reduction?

It's as easy as 1,2,3. You can obtain the PBG by visiting your local Officeworks store or by calling 1300 OFFICE (1300 633 423). You cannot obtain the PBG via our online store.

Record the price

This can be a catalogue clipping, screenshot on your phone, webpage or similar.

Let us know

Give us a call or drop in to your nearest Officeworks store with your record of the cheaper price and the product details, which must include the manufacturer item number (SKU/product code).

Once approved, we'll give you 5% off the matched price and you'll head home happy.

What items does the 5% reduction apply to?

Our guarantee applies to all identical products and services^ from eligible competitors* that are:

  • Stocked at Officeworks
  • In stock at our competitor
  • Not excluded from the PBG (see below); and
  • Must not be refurbished or second hand

^Identical products and services includes that they must have the same conditions of purchase, including manufacturer’s warranty and accessories. Where the product, such as a mobile phone price, is tied to signing up to a plan, this is excluded from the offer. The product must be identical in all respects, including brand, model, and manufacturer item number (SKU/product code). The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both retailers. Maximum two (2) eligible products per customer per competitor offer.

*Eligible Competitors means:

  1. Australian retailers; and
  2. Australian-based websites with local stock.

What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?

  • Gift cards
  • Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
  • Reduced pricing not available to the public, inclusive of Apple Reseller Education pricing
  • Maximum two (2) eligible products per customer per competitor offer
  • Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
  • Purchases made using the device repayment plans
  • Bundled or multi-buy offers
  • Pricing errors or misprints
  • Ex-display, refurbished or second-hand products
  • Grey imports or parallel-imported goods

What about online stores?

Our Price Beat Guarantee includes products you find online - as long as the item is identical and in stock. When assessing the PBG from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%.
