Standard Free Next Business Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 5:30pm to selected areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart. Orders under $55 incur a $5.95 delivery fee.
Large items ordered before 5.30pm on weekdays will be delivered separately on the next business day and incur an additional delivery fee of $39.95.
Deliveries to Regional areas incur a delivery fee of $5.95. Delivery will occur in between 1-3 business days.
Large items will be delivered separately within 1-5 business days and will incur an additional delivery fee of $49.95.
Deliveries to Country areas incur a delivery fee of $25.95. Delivery will occur in between 1-5 business days.
Large items will be delivered separately within 1-5 business days and will incur an additional delivery fee of $59.95.
Customers are serviced by their local Officeworks store in certain regional towns across Australia. Next Business Day Delivery is available for in-stock products ordered before 5:30pm.
Order(s) which contain products not stocked in your local Officeworks store will incur a $5.95 delivery fee in Regional areas and $25.95 delivery fee in Country areas.
Large Item Deliveries incur a separate delivery fee of $49.95 in Regional areas and $59.95 in Country areas.
Click & Collect is a free service. Orders can be collected from any Officeworks store. You will be notified via SMS and email when your order, or part of your order, is ready to collect.
When collecting your order from the store, please bring your tax invoice, order confirmation or photo ID.
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia, however unfortunately there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. Officeworks is also unable to deliver overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland, except for Tasmania.
Officeworks is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.
Large Item Deliveries require different transport vehicles and special handling. These deliveries take longer to transport and incur a separate delivery fee.
Large Item Deliveries can be made to a selected store with no additional delivery fee however are subject to store delivery lead times. Orders must be collected from the store.
Transport from the store to a nominated address is not available.
Orders that weigh over 200kg may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Software purchased via digital download, digital gift cards, online training, safety work method statements, and services do not incur delivery fees.
Print & Copy orders are subject to different delivery times from our other products. They require a lead time for printing, in addition to the delivery lead time.

When the 'Authority to leave' option is selected at the Check Out, your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to sign for the order.
Please note in this case Officeworks cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.
When the 'Authority to leave' option is not selected at the Check Out, and no one is available to sign for the order a card will be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery day.
When a delivery is scheduled on a public holiday, it will occur on the next business day.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Gold Coast deliveries, which are made between 8am and 6pm.*

During the 'wet season', deliveries to the Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may take longer due to adverse weather conditions.
Certain products are marked as “Special Order” and are delivered separately. These products may be delivered directly from our suppliers.
The delivery time frame is approximate depending on supplier’s stock availability. Customised Special Order Furniture products and Custom Print orders cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind as they are manufactured and produced according to customer specifications. These products can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
