Free 2 hour Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free service. Orders can be collected from any Officeworks store. You will be notified via SMS and email when your order, or part of your order, is ready to collect.

When collecting your order from the store, please bring your tax invoice, order confirmation or photo ID.

You can also opt in for a Saturday delivery between 8am-1pm for an additional fee (pending availability)

Zone 2

Deliveries to zone 2 incur a delivery fee of $5.95. Delivery will occur between 1-3 business days.
Large items will be delivered seperately within 1-5 business days and will incur an additional delivery fee of $49.95

Zone 3

Deliveries to zone 3 incur a delivery fee of $25.95. Delivery will occur between 1-5 business days.
Large items will be delivered separately within 1-5 business days and will incur an additional delivery fee of $59.95

Delivery Zones

Officeworks delivery zones are determined by the serviceability from our courier companies' distribution centres.

Previous delivery zone groupings of Metro, Regional and Country have been reclassified as zone 1, 2 and 3 to improve alignment of available delivery services to geographic areas. To determine the zone of your Postcode & Suburb, please refer to the Delivery Fee Calculator.

Multiple fees may apply if more than one delivery option is selected for split deliveries.


Local Next Day Delivery Areas

Customers are serviced by their local Officeworks store in certain regional towns across Australia. Next Business Day Delivery is available for in-stock products ordered before 5:30pm.

Order(s) which contain products not stocked in your local Officeworks store will incur a $5.95 delivery fee in zone 2 and $25.95 delivery fee in zone 3 areas.

Large Item Deliveries incur a separate delivery fee of $49.95 in zone 2 areas and $59.95 in zone 3 areas.

Additional Information

Delivery Locations

We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia. Unfortunately, there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. These include overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland except for Tasmania.

Officeworks is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.

Large Item Deliveries

Large item deliveries require different transport vehicles and special handling. These deliveries take longer to transport and incur a separate delivery fee.

Large item deliveries can be made to a selected store with no additional delivery fee but are subject to store delivery lead times. Orders must be collected from the store.

Transport from the store to a nominated address is not available.

Large Orders

Orders that weigh over 200kg may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Our Customer Service Team will contact you prior to shipment.

Software & Services

Software purchased via digital download, digital gift cards, online training, safety work method statements, and services do not incur delivery fees.

Print & Copy

Print & Copy orders are subject to different delivery times from our other products. They require a lead time for printing, in addition to the delivery lead time.

Authority to Leave

When the 'Authority to leave' option is selected at the Check Out, your order will be left on your doorstep if no one is available to sign for the order.

Please note, in this case, Officeworks cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after they have been delivered.

Missed Deliveries

When the 'Authority to leave' option is not selected at the checkout, and no one is available to sign for the order, a card will be left with a contact number to arrange an alternative delivery day.

Public Holidays

When a delivery is scheduled on a public holiday, it will occur on the next business day.

Special Orders

Certain products are marked as “Special Order” and are delivered separately. These products may be delivered directly from our suppliers.

The delivery time frame is approximate depending on supplier’s stock availability. Customised special order furniture products and custom print orders cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind as they are manufactured and produced according to customer specifications. These products can only be returned if faulty or damaged.

Delivery Only Items

Some of our products are delivery only and not available for Click & Collect. This is because they are considered too large and heavy for our team members and customers to handle in store. If you want to purchase a delivery only product, and have other items in your cart, your entire order will be delivered to your door and additional delivery fees will apply.
