Our Print & Copy Delivery Offer
At Officeworks, we understand how important it is that you get your printed products on time. To help you plan, we’ve set out the time frames below to let you know when you can reliably expect your Print & Copy orders to arrive.
Click & Collect
Delivery is FREE when you pick up in-store.
Print & Copy products for pick up in-store are typically produced within shorter time frames since these products are printed in the store itself. These time frames apply whether the order was made directly from the store or online, specifying an in-store pick up. Print & Copy products can be collected during store opening hours after the below time frame.
Please note that all orders with large volume or finishing (binding) requirements need additional processing time.

Deliver to Door
Print & Copy orders incur a delivery charge of $5.95 (Metro†) or $25.95 (Non-Metro*) if the cost of the total order is less than $55. Delivery is FREE for all Metro orders over $55.
Exceptions
Please note that Canvas Prints and Photobooks are printed by 3rd party suppliers and incur different delivery costs.
Photobooks and Canvas Prints delivery charges range from $2.95 to $49.95. The charges are dependent on the size and weight of the products. For further details, please see Photobooks Delivery Charges and Canvas Print Charges.
Print & Copy products ordered online for delivery are printed and delivered within the time frames outlined in the table below. The time frames vary according to your location, product types and print volumes of your order.
Please note that all orders with large volume print requirements need additional processing time.

Large Volume Orders
Large volume orders are those that have print quantities that extend beyond our standard time frames. These orders require additional time to prepare, print and process and may result in multiple deliveries for orders with more than one type of print product.
The table below outlines print quantities for large volume orders. Large orders will take an additional 5 - 14 business days to produce.

†Metro Deliveries
Metro Delivery areas are defined as Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, Perth & Sydney areas. Since these areas are closer to our print hubs, we are able to offer quicker delivery times in some cases.
*Non-Metro Deliveries
Non-Metro areas are defined as anywhere outside of the Metro areas. Because deliveries to these areas have longer distances to travel, they may take longer than Metro deliveries.
