Placing an order with Afterpay is simple, just select Afterpay in the checkout. Please note, there are some limitations with Afterpay orders:
- Afterpay is available for orders up to $3,000 (including shipping).
- Gift cards are not eligible for purchase through Afterpay

- Be over 18 years of age
- Have an Australia debit or credit card
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
- Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract

Payment Schedule
With simple fortnightly payments, you will always know when and how much you need to repay.
- In most cases, customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase.
- The remaining three payments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.
- Afterpay accepts both Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards issued in Australia.
- You will receive a payment reminder via SMS.
- You can also choose your preferred repayment day, where you line up your scheduled payments to the day of the week that suits you, so you can plan more effectively, making it easier to shop and manage your payments

Simply download the Afterpay app on your mobile and sign in to your account. Select the barcode icon at the bottom right of the app to receive your in store barcode. Take your items to the counter to be scanned, as well as your Afterpay barcode, and your payment will be processed like any other Afterpay purchase.
Unfortunately, as our team cannot place an order on your behalf, we can’t change from Credit Card tender to Afterpay payment. You can organise a return of your purchase in-store, or by getting in touch via our Contact Us page.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled, you may organise a return and refund for your order once it has been delivered. You can return your order in-store, or by getting in touch via our Contact Us page.

You may return Afterpay purchased orders in-store or by getting in touch via our Contact Us page.
Once your order has been returned in-store or picked up by a returns driver and receipted at our Customer Fulfilment Centre, we will immediately send notification to Afterpay of your refund. Afterpay will then immediately cancel any future payments and initiate a refund of any paid instalments to date to your nominated payment card. Once Afterpay has completed this process, your refund will be received in line with your financial institutions time frame.
Yes, you may exchange your Afterpay ordered product with one of equal value.
- If the value of the replacement product is more than the original product, you can go instore and pay the difference of the product by Credit Card, gift voucher or cash.
- If the value of the replacement product is less than the original product, you may have the remainder of the value returned to your Credit Card.
