Make a Claim
Making a claim is as simple as visiting the online claim portal https://owec.assurant.com.au/ You can also call the Rescue crew on 1800 465 713 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm EST). Once your claim has been submitted Rescue Crew will manage the repair or replacement process for you.
Once you have raised a claim, the Rescue Crew will arrange all the details of the repair or replacement for you. Below is a summary of what to expect when making a claim:
