How do I make a claim?
Making a claim is as simple as calling the Rescue Crew on 1800 465 713 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm EST). The Rescue Crew will manage the repair or replacement process for you.
What happens next?
Once you have raised a claim, the Rescue Crew will arrange all the details of the repair or replacement for you. Below is a summary of what to expect when making a claim:

|2||Take item to your nominated Officeworks store to obtain your replacement item or Officeworks Gift Card.||Drop off/deliver* your item to the nominated repairer for assessment and recycling.||Drop off/deliver* your item to the nominated repairer for assessment.|
|3||Officeworks will recycle your old item.||Visit your nominated Officeworks store to obtain your replacement item or Officeworks Gift Card.||Repairs completed and returned.|
