Recent investments include new state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centres (CFCs in Victoria and Western Australia) and our purpose-built Melbourne support office with award-winning 6-star Green Star Design in Melbourne named Wilam-an Aboriginal word meaning ‘place’-which reflects our commitment to sustainability, community, and cultural respect.
