TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Officeworks Faber-Castell Capsters promotion.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion starts on 28 September 2026 and ends on 23 December 2026 or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to all Officeworks customers.

3. HOW TO COLLECT

During the Promotion Period, customers will receive Capsters based on the following qualifying spend on Faber-Castell products (in a single transaction in-store at Officeworks):

  • Buy any 2 Faber-Castell products – receive 1 Capster
  • Buy any 4 Faber-Castell products – receive 2 Capsters
  • Buy any 6 Faber-Castell products – receive 3 Capsters
  • Buy any 8 Faber-Castell products – receive 4 Capsters
  • Buy any 10 Faber-Castell products – receive 5 Capsters

Maximum of 10 qualifying products and 5 Capsters per transaction.

Minimum spend of $5.00 per transaction on any Faber-Castell in any Officeworks participating store.

Capsters are awarded per transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be combined to qualify.

4. CAPSTERS TO COLLECT

There are 10 different Capsters to collect, including 1 rare mystery Capster. Capsters are randomly distributed. No specific Capster is guaranteed.

5. AVAILABILITY

Capsters are available while stocks last.

6. USE OF CAPSTERS

Capsters are intended for children aged 3 years and over.

They are not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts (choking hazard).

7. GENERAL

Officeworks reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Officeworks is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected Capsters.

8. PRIVACY

By participating, you agree that Officeworks may collect your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at officeworks.com.au/privacy.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
