How do I start chatting with Ollie?
Select the Ask Ollie button to start a conversation. On the Officeworks website, you'll find it at the top of the page next to the search bar. In the Officeworks app, it's located in the bottom navigation bar.
Is Ollie available for business customers?
Ollie is available to all customers. However, it does not currently display business pricing or the full range of products available to business customers.
Can Ollie place an order for me?
No. Ollie can help you find products, answer questions, and add to cart, but you'll need to complete your purchase through the normal checkout process.
Can Ollie help me with an order or to get support?
No. Ollie can't assist with account-specific or order-related enquiries, such as checking an order status, updating your account or managing returns. For these enquiries, please visit the Help Centre to chat with our Customer Service team.
Are Ollie's answers always correct?
Ollie aims to provide accurate and helpful information, but can occasionally make mistakes. We recommend checking important product details before making a purchase.
Does Ollie remember my previous conversations?
Yes. Ollie remembers your recent conversations for up to 30 days, making it easier to pick up where you left off. If you reset the conversation or clear your browser data, your conversation history will be removed.
