You can easily return your Officeworks item to your local store in three quick and easy steps.

If you would like to return and online purchase, please fill out a return application form. Once you have submitted your request online, you will be contacted within 2 business days by a customer service team member to advise you on the next steps.
Note: Any in-store purchases paid for with Cash, Afterpay or Zip cannot be returned through this process and must be returned in store.
If the technology product you're returning is faulty and covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we may need to send the product away for repair or refer you directly to the manufacturer for repair.
Simply bring your item into your local Officeworks store or call our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423 to determine if it will need to be sent away for repair or assessment.
Some common examples of products that come with a manufacturer's warranty include computers, laptops, monitors, cameras, video recorders, projectors, printers, fax machines and iPods.
You cannot cancel your online order once it has been paid and processed.
You are however entitled to return your purchase after you receive it, if the item remains unopened in its original packaging and you provide proof of purchase. Simply take the item and your receipt to your local Officeworks store or call our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423 to have your item refunded.
If you're wanting to cancel a 'back order' you can do this by simply calling our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423. At the same time you can even organise a suitable product replacement if necessary.
You cannot return your Custom Prints or Customised Special Order Furniture due to change of mind. However, if the items you have received are damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly offer you a return or exchange. Please see our returns policy for more information
No, you cannot return any prepaid card purchases including Gift Cards, mobile phone recharges or iTunes Gift Cards. Please see our Returns policy for more information.
You can return an online purchase to an Officeworks store or online using our return application form. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423 between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday to return your online order. See our Returns Policy for more information.
For change of mind, you must return the item or submit a return application form within 30 days of purchase. For faulty/damaged items please read our returns policy.
Your refund will be processed back into the same account you used to make the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to go back into that account may vary depending on the payment method you used.
IIf you are unable to provide a satisfactory proof of purchase, Officeworks may provide you with an exchange or Officeworks gift card to the current value of the item if the item you are returning is in a re-saleable condition. Please see our returns policy.
