We've simplified our processes to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you – giving you more time and freedom to focus on your business.

1. Engage with our furniture specialists

The first stage is a consultation with one of our furniture specialists. This is an open discussion about your needs and requirements, allowing us to further understand:

  • How many employees your office needs to seat
  • Your ideal colour concepts, fabrics, workstations shapes etc
  • Requirements for noise reduction (particularly useful for open work areas)
  • Your floor plan (site measurements)
  • Budget and timeframe

The planning stage is important as it ensures you are maximising your available space, while meeting your business equirements. Your dedicated furniture specialist will work with you to achieve the best solution for your office space.

2. Quotation provided for approval

Your furniture specialist will provide an obligation-free product quotation along with any supporting documents (e.g. floor plans, etc.) based on the requirements discussed in your initial consultation.

The timing to receive your quotation will depend on its complexity. However, you can generally expect to receive your quotation within 10 business days of your initial consultation.

Your furniture specialist will provide all necessary documentation and will talk you through the payment options should you wish to proceed.

3. Delivery and installation

Following approval of the quotation, we’ll manage the delivery and installation of your Workspace Furniture Solutions within an agreed timeframe. Timelines are dependent on the type of products ordered, but will generally vary between 2 and 6 weeks.

Ensure you discuss any timeframe restrictions with your furniture specialist during your initial consultation. This will enable us to recommend suitable products based on any time restrictions.

4. Project complete

Once all products have been delivered and installed, we will complete a final installation check.
