Return Policy
- We will offer a refund/ exchange on most products purchased at Officeworks. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a full refund and/or exchange.
- When you return a product please provide:
- An original Officeworks tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket.
- Any instruction manuals and/or information booklets and original cartons/container.
- Our Return Policy is available on computer software if the product is unopened, defective or unfit for purpose as specified on packaging.
Contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 OFFICE ( 633 423) between business hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm) and we will happily pick up the product for you - alternatively you may return the product to a store (only Store purchases made via a 30 day Account can be returned to the Business Channel)
