This X-Press It Gold Size adhesive is the perfect adhesive for applying genuine or imitation metal leaf to a wide range of surfaces. It is clear drying and has a long open time and the surface to which it is applied will remain permanently tacky to allow it to continue to hold the leaf. This adhesive is water based, acid free and Australian made.

This is a professional quality adhesive for gilding applications.
It can be used on paper, cardboard, textiles, timber glass, ceramics and many more surfaces.
It is water based and non-toxic.
The fast initial bond dries clear.
