Use this Liquitex Metallic Medium to give paint a metallic silver effect or use on its own to add silver surface highlights. This medium adds a silver, metallic lustre, giving you the perfect sheen for airbrushing and spraying, staining, as well as fine detailing.

This medium gives acrylic colour a metallic silver lustre and adds silver surface highlights when used straight from the bottle.
It extends your colour without affecting acrylic stability and lowers the viscosity of heavier body paints.
The medium slows drying time to help you get more subtle colour blends.
Slowly stir as much as you like into acrylic colour to get the metallic luster and viscosity you want; transparent colours give the best results.
Squeeze from the bottle and paint on neatly for a semi-opaque silver effect.
The medium is lightfast and archival, non-yellowing, and water-resistant when dry.
It is flexible and non-cracking, as well as permanent.
It comes in silver.
It can be used on all acrylic-friendly surfaces with acrylic paints and mediums.
