This Liquitex Silkscreen Medium is a slow-drying medium that can be mixed with acrylic paint to make colours suitable for screen printing. It improves colour flow, allowing you to print in more detail, as well as slows down the drying process so you more time to print.

This medium improves colour flow allowing you to print in more detail.
It slows the drying process, giving you more time to print, and lowers viscosity of heavier body paints to deliver the optimum texture for printing.
It will extend your colour without affecting its acrylic stability.
The medium also helps to maintains colour opacity, paint adhesion, durability & archival quality.
It's suitable for both screen printing and monoprinting.
To use, mix 1-2 parts of acrylic colour with 1 part medium.
For maximum opacity, use opaque colours or add white before adding medium (this may result in a lighter colour).
In warm conditions, use 1 part colour to 1 part medium.
Ensure you clean your screen and equipment promptly after use.
It can be used on all acrylic-friendly surfaces with acrylic paints and mediums.
It is fully compatible with all Liquitex products.
