Liquitex Clear Gesso provides an ideal tooth for surfaces including canvas, paper and wood. It dries clear to translucent depending on thickness and is an ideal high tooth for pastel, oil pastel, graphite and charcoal. It works well as a base coat primer and is non-cracking and non-yellowing once dry for long lasting and durable artworks.

It can be mixed with oil paint or acrylic paint for tinted colour.
The gesso dries clear to translucent depending on how thickly it's applied.

You can use it as a base coat primer when working on murals.
