This Winsor & Newton Ox Gall Liquid will reduce the surface tension and improve the flow of your watercolours. It will allow you to easily wet paper surfaces by just adding 3 or 4 drops.
- This liquid is water-based.
- When mixed with water, it will increase the flow of your colours and make it easier to wet paper surfaces.
- There is 75 mL of liquid in this bottle.
