Geeks2U tech support packages are for businesses or consumers who are pretty confident in their tech-skills but need a helping hand with some of the trickier issues or who don’t want to spend their own time troubleshooting IT issues. These packages offer savings on hourly support rates and mean you're not committing to a long-term lock in contract.

This package includes 10 hours of prepaid tech support for on-site or remote assistance.
You can use your time for whatever you need – from regular onsite preventative maintenance, printer, email, device, point of sale systems and computer set up, cyber security, or ad-hoc problems as they arise.
You can access support in 1-hour blocks, with extra time available in 30-minute increments.

Once you have found the right Geeks2U service and placed your order, a team member will be in touch within 3 business hours to arrange a suitable time for a Tech Expert to help with your tech problems.
IT Business Support Packages may be used for either on-site or remote support.
IT Business Support Packages expire after 12 months from the date of purchase. Except as required by law, pre-paid support packs are not refundable.
IT Business Support Packages do not include any products. Products which you require, such as parts or consumables to repair a computer or device, must be paid for as notified by us.
Remote, on-site and phone services are available on weekdays between 8am and 8pm, Saturdays between 8am and 5pm and on Sundays between 9am and 6pm. (With the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day).
Additional charges apply for weekend or public holiday callouts and same day service.
