Lowest Price Guarantee
Our price checkers ensure Officeworks brings you the lowest prices possible every day, and that's our guarantee. However, if you happen to find a cheaper advertised price on an identical stocked item that is in stock with our competitor - even if it is on sale - we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%.
Today's price in-store or online may be even lower than advertised, as we constantly check our prices to ensure OfficeworksÂ’ prices are the lowest.
NB: - Lowest Price Guarantee excludes stock liquidations, clearance centres including online clearance sites and sales, customer special orders and contract pricing.
How do I redeem my 5% reduction?
You can redeem the Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG) by visiting your local Officeworks store, by fax or phoning in. You cannot redeem the LPG via our online store.
What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
All products stocked at Officeworks that are in stock at our competitor, so long as the product or service and its terms and conditions are identical.
What items are excluded from the LPG?
- Non-identical products and services (inclusive of non-identical warranties)
- Package deals i.e. printer and computer bundles
- Cash back offers
- Customer special orders
- Contract Pricing
Officeworks reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for price-matching at its discretion. The Lowest Price Guarantee does not extend to resellers.
What about online stores?
Identical products are price-matched against online stores but as with any other kind of store, the item must be currently in stock. When price-matching online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery. If the identical product can be purchased and delivered via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%.
