• What is the Officeworks Free WiFi service?
  Officeworks' Free WiFi service is a convenient way to access the internet while shopping or using the services in our stores. There are some restrictions but most of the popular internet services are available.
• How do I access the Officeworks Free WiFi service?
  You will need to use a laptop, tablet, phone or device that supports modern wireless networks like iPhone, Android, Windows Phone or Blackberry. Turn on your WiFi feature and connect to the WiFi ID of Officeworks Free WiFi.
• Why do I need a password?
  The password is an important part of protecting your online identity and your data. You only need to enter the password once and in most cases you will not be asked to do it again. The password ensures, to the extent possible, that your data cannot be interfered with by others.
• Do I have full access to the internet?
  Officeworks' Free WiFi service is not a full internet service like at home. Officeworks does not allow access to some services and internet sites that might be offensive or illegal. If you discover a service or site that is not working for you please complete the 'Tell Us What You Think About Our Store' feedback form to have it reviewed.
• I entered the password but my app does not seem to work. What's the matter?
  Everyone who uses the Free WiFi service must agree to Officeworks' Terms of Use. You must open your device's web browser and click the 'Agree' button in order to activate the internet. You will need to do this each time you wish to access the internet within an Officeworks store.
• The service stopped after a while. What happened?
  To give everyone a chance to enjoy the service, Officeworks limits your internet connection time based on demand for the service. After a period of time has passed your device will be disconnected so others can gain access. If another session is available you can reconnect again by opening your browser and agreeing to the Terms of Use.
• Can I use the service in every store?
