Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad!!! Nah, dont buy it. It broke in less than a month. The window button stopped working as well. The side scroll suddenly became volume up and down! Am taking it back to the store!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but not great I was in the market for a full size blue-light wireless mouse to replace a MS-2000 item that dies the night previously, unfortunately anything that Officeworks had in their catalogue that interested me wasn't kept in stock. (Typical of my hometown) I find the red light mice don't track as well on timber grain desktops, so I thought I'd try the J Burrows comfort mouse (very little description of anything on the packaging so I presumed it was a red light mouse) and apply some black Contact to my desktop as a mouse area. The Comfort mouse surprisingly tracks rather well, I didn't have to customise my desk for it. Another feature I like is the auto shut-off of the sensor that saves the battery when not in use. A bit freaky at first because you think it has died - but you need to activate a button to bring it back to life. The mouse is almost as good a size for me as a full size mouse. I have large hands, hence the need for a full size mouse. The mouse is a bit smaller to what I'm used to, but still rather comfortable to use. I would have liked it a bit bigger though. And heavier: it's a very very light mouse that doesn't give me any assurance of feel or coordination. I would rather it have some more weight added to it. And it's not level either. It has a noticeable wobble where two feet are higher than the other two. This wouldn't be noticeable if I used a foam mouse mat, but I can't get used to using a mouse mat anymore (how many people do?). There are no instructions with the mouse, no software, and I have absolutely no idea what the running man button is meant to do, or how to assign it. My son said maybe a Mac would use the running man button? The window button works well, bringing up the start menu in Win8, but I have no need for that and would like to reassign that as well. An it's in an odd location. The left/right tilt function of the scroll wheel doesn't actually do anything either. Again, maybe if I had instructions or proprietary software, I could reassign them per program - who knows.... All up, not bad for the price. It feels like it's a Logitech wannabe, or even a prototype rejected by Logitech. I really don't think the manufacturer thought through how the mouse was going to be used by the end user. So.... not perfect, no documentation, and none of the additional features work (all I wanted was two mouse buttons and a scroll wheel - I'm not a gamer) I wouldn't recommend it to a friend unless I was confident the complete item worked like I think it should. My thoughts....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable This is the 3rd mouse I have recently purchased in an attempt to find something comfortable. My hand has an old injury which stops me from laying it flat. This mouse with its high dome shape is easily the best I have tried, for my use. It works well on Windows 7 home edition, smooth and easy to use buttons and scroll. I would have rated 5 star but for the windows button not working and no way of reallocating to some other function, not really a problem in use, more an irritation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap & Nasty & Not Very Practical I went in to my local Officeworks to buy a Jenkins S443 Wireless Mouse (which is cheaper by the way, & far superior), but they were out of stock, so I bought one of these to try it out. I have reasonably large hands and thought it would be quite comfortable due to its size, and thought the extra functions of the wheel and buttons would be useful. But after connecting it to my PC I was rather disappointed. It feels cheap & nasty and I couldn't get the left and right scrolling of the wheel to work (I also made sure it was fully charged). The Windows button on the mouse didn't work as advertised either, it is supposed to bring up the start menu, but what it did do is change my volume settings, work that one out!? I'm running Win 7 Pro and it installed the mouse no problem. I have no idea what the button with the picture of the running man is supposed to do, there's no explanation for it and it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm currently using a wireless mouse that must be nearly ten years old, so the laser is old technology and it works perfectly fine on my desk. yet the J.Burrows mouse paused and skipped in exactly the same location. Although it is shaped ergonomically, which does feel good being quite high, filling the palm of your hand nicely. For larger hands though, I still don't think its up to the task, because it is still too short, and you have to curl your fingers up a bit to reach the main buttons. And the rear button on the side (the running man icon) is not ergonomically placed, it's too far back to reach easily with your thumb, you have to pull your hand back off the mouse to be able to use it. This, and it being too short, defeats the purpose of this mouse supposing to be ergonomic, making it quite the opposite, for me at least. My verdict; don't bother :P
