With our Special Order service, you can choose from an even wider range of quality products.
If you can't find the product, spare part or accessory you need on our shelves, we'll order it in from one of our many suppliers.
Special Orders take approximately 10 and 15 business days to be ready for collection. Custom made products can take longer to order in, but you'll receive an estimated delivery time before your order is placed.
A quote is provided to you before an order is placed to ensure that you are satisfied with your product choice. Quotes are valid for 10 business days.
Special Orders cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

How Special Orders work?
You can organise a Special Order in 3 easy steps:
1. Enquire about your product
Tell us about the item you're looking for, via one of the options below. Our friendly Team Members will then source the item from one of our many suppliers and provide you with more specific prices and delivery times.

2. Purchase your product
Once the item has been found, you'll need to pay for it in full before we can order it in from our suppliers.
There may be minimum order quantities that need to be adhered to including Supplier Delivery Costs (minimum $40 to all metro areas)
3. Collect your product
Should you choose to have your Special Order delivered to a store, you'll be notified directly by one of our Team Members that it is ready to collect.
