What this insurance covers:
- Accidental damage:
We will repair, replace or pay you the Cover Amount for your device for damage caused by accidental knocks, drops or liquid spills.
- Accidental loss or theft:
We will replace or pay you the Cover Amount for your device for accidental loss or theft that can be substantiated.
- 12 months coverage:
Product insurance on your new device for 12 months.
- Australia and New Zealand:
You will be covered throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Technical assistance:
Toll free technical support for your device Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST.
Cover is applicable for mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, portable audio/visual equipment, wearable electronic devices, cameras and electronic readers priced above $250. Please refer to coverage costs below.

How to Purchase Product Insurance:
Follow these simple steps today:
- Purchase new device.
- Purchase Product Insurance. Insurance must be purchased at the same time in the same transaction as the new device.
- Details of your insurance purchase will be passed automatically to the insurer and a policy created.
- Confirmation of your Insurance Policy Schedule will be emailed directly to you.
An excess payment is applicable for all claims. To raise a claim call 1800 814 099. All claims, returns and excess payments will be made directly through the insurer.

Cooling Off Period and Policy Cancellations:
If you are not completely satisfied with the Product Insurance Policy and have not made a claim, you may cancel it by notifying the insurer in writing:

If the policy is cancelled within the Cooling Off Period (21 days from the commencement of the Policy Term) and there has not been a claim, you will be entitled to a full refund of the paid amount. If the policy is cancelled outside of the Cooling Off Period and a claim has not been made, you may receive a particle refund determined by the unexpired portion of the Policy on a pro-rate basis. How to make a claim:
If the unexpected does happen, call 1800 814 099 to raise a claim.
When you make a claim, the insurer will decide whether to repair, replace or pay you the Cover Amount, less the applicable excess.
