No. Mailman prepaid packages already include your unique tracking ID, and there's space to fill in your delivery details. No other labels are needed.
No. Signature on delivery is FREE, simply tick the box on the packaging to indicate signature on delivery is required.
Unused physical labels can be presented in-store with a matching receipt for a refund. For Print Your Own parcel protection labels, please call 1300 OFFICE and provide your transaction number from the online purchase.
We are unable to deliver to any Australia Post-owned locations, including PO Boxes, Locked & Private Mailbags, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. We are unable to deliver to remote islands. To check if we deliver to a location, please check using our delivery times estimator.
