If you place an order online and would like to pick it up from one of our stores, simply select the store when completing the checkout process. No delivery charges will apply.
Organising a free in-store pickup of your online order is quick and easy!
You can choose the closest Officeworks store to your home or office, giving you the ultimate delivery convenience. Simply follow our easy steps below that show you how:
Once your order has been paid and processed you'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
When your order has arrived at your nominated store for pickup you’ll receive a call from one of our Team Members informing you your order is ready for collection. If your order is from the Online Print Services department, you’ll receive this notification via email.
When you go in store to collect your order, be sure to have your tax invoice, order confirmation and valid ID.
The store you nominate will determine when your order will be ready for collection.

Online Print Service delivery times will vary according to the type of product ordered. Please see below for the estimated delivery times.

Larger items incur additional delivery fees as they require extra handling and take longer to transport. The amount will be calculated at the checkout and is dependent on the size of the item purchased.
If your order also weighs over 200kg, it may be subject to an additional delivery fee. When this fee applies, one of our Customer Service Team Members will contact you prior to shipment with the total delivery cost.
Metro areas include: Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, Perth and Sydney.
A Team Member will call you on your nominated phone number when your order is ready to be collected in store. If you have provided your mobile phone number in your order details, you’ll receive an SMS notification, letting you know you’re order is ready for collection.
Online Print Service and larger items can take longer to process and deliver than regular items. Visit the Online Print Service delivery table and the larger item delivery table for more clarification.
When your Online Print Service or larger item is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email notification advising you to come and collect your order from your nominated store.
When you come in store to collect your online order you’ll need to show the following three things:
Don't stress. We will keep your order for you in store for up to 14 days after it has been delivered. After this time, a Team Member will contact you again to remind you to collect your item/s.
We will endeavour to hold the item/s for as long as possible. However if our Team Member is unable to contact you after 14 days, we cannot guarantee that your delivery will be available for pick up.
You’ll also receive a phone call from one of our Team Members when your order is ready to be collected.

When you complete an online order with us, the items you choose are sourced, packed and sent from our central warehouse. So when you choose to pick up you item in store, it can still take up to 2 business days to deliver the item from our warehouse to your nominated store.
The item may be in stock at your nominated store, but all online orders are processed from our warehouse stock, not our floor stock. Therefore we must allow appropriate delivery time.
