New Computer Setup
Includes:
- Set up of system and user accounts
- System updates
- Connect to your WiFi & Printer^
- Configure security and antivirus software#
- Setup your email client
- Install Microsoft Office and one other software package#

New WiFi Network Setup
Includes:
- Configuring & securing your modem/network router
- Set up your internet connection^
- A range extender or powerline adaptor# can be installed to maximise your in home WiFi coverage.
- Connection of up to 5 devices (including mobile devices,
- WiFi enabled smart TVs, computers, tablets and printers)
* Service area covers most of Australia’s major metropolitan regions.
^ ISP & internet connection must be active and account information must be available. Excludes any fixed in-wall cabling.
# A powerline adaptor or WiFi range extender will need to be purchased by the customer prior to the Geeks2U Tech’s arrival for the Network Setup Service.

New Printer Setup
Includes:
- Performance of required updates
- Installation of your ink & toner
- Connection to your WiFi network^
- Configuration & testing of printer/scanner# functionality
- Connection of up to 3 devices (including mobiles, tablets & computers)

^ WiFi network must be configured and available.

New Smart Home Set Up
Includes:
- Connect up to 3 devices (smart lights, Voice assistants, Speakers, Plugs)
- Connect to your WiFi network and/or bluetooth
- Download and configure the app(s) to enable you to control your smart devices and personalize
- 15 minute tutorial of the main features of the devices and the app (Setup timers, voice assistant features and entertainment zones)

- Place your order. Once completed, Geeks2U team member will be in touch within 3 business hours to arrange a time that suits you. Same day service is also available for an additional fee.
- A friendly Geeks2U Tech Expert will be there to sort out your tech troubles. Most services completed within the hour!
