    Photo gift cards under $300 are sent out via Express Post. Orders over $300 will be sent out via Australian Air Express, insured, and must be signed for upon receipt.
    Officeworks may in its discretion reject images which it considers inappropriate (eg. indecent or defamatory material or a trademark). If your image is rejected, you will be refunded the price you paid. You must own the image or have consent from the owner or a person authorised by the owner. Using the image must not infringe any other person's or entity's rights. You agree to indemnify Officeworks for losses, claims or for any judgement made against it for breach of intellectual property rights in relation to the gift card(s) you order. You authorise Officeworks to use the image and to store, copy and modify the image for the purpose of creating the gift card.
