Special Orders
With our Special Order service, you can choose from an even wider range of quality products.
If you can’t find the product, spare part or accessory you need on our shelves, we’ll order it in from one of our many suppliers.
Special Orders take between 7 and 14 business days to be ready for collection. Custom made products can take longer to order in, but you’ll receive an estimated delivery time before your order is placed.

How Special Orders work?
You can organise a Special Order in 3 easy steps:
1. Enquire about your product
Tell us about the item you’re looking for, via one of the options below. Our
friendly Team Members will then source the item from one of our many
suppliers and provide you with more specific prices and delivery times.
Contact us by:
- Using the online enquiry form,
- Giving us a call on 1300 633 423 or
- Dropping into your local Officeworks store
2. Purchase your product
Once the item has been found, you’ll need to pay for it in full before we can order it in from our suppliers.
3. Collect your product
When your Special Order is ready to be collected, you’ll be notified directly by one of our Team Members.
