What are Special Orders?
There are over 15,000 products available at Officeworks so we are bound to have what you need, and with the introduction of our Special Orders service you can now choose from an EVEN WIDER range.
If you can't find a product, spare part, or accessory and its available from a supplier we do business with then we'll Special Order it in for you.
Visit or contact your local store to request your product and the store will do the rest.

Ordering is simple!
- Visit your local store with the information on the product you are after.
Officeworks will search for the product to source availability, price & delivery timeframes. - Purchase the product
For all Special Orders payment is required in full prior to the order being placed.

Collect
Once your special order is ready you will be contacted by an Officeworks Team Member from the store you ordered from and asked to collect your goods.
*Lead Times - All products will be ready for collection within 7 to 14 working days providing the product is available. Custom made products may take longer and you will be notified of lead times prior to an order being placed.
