Officeworks Photobooks supports online payments and optionally offline payments by cheque or money order. For more information about the payment process and options please visit our Support Centre.
The following credit cards are supported by Officeworks Photobooks.
All online payments to Officeworks Photobooks are processed by our online payments systems provider - Bibit Payment Services. Bibit are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland, the world's 5th largest bank.
Items purchased from Officeworks Photobooks may appear on your credit card statement as being from Bibit Global Transaction Services.

We appreciate that you may have certain concerns about how personal information is collected, used and shared. We can assure you that we will always handle your personal information securely and carefully. Among other things, we strictly comply with all applicable Australian privacy laws and make sure our team members do the same.

We collect information so that we can provide you with a great service. We need this information to deliver products and services to you, to complete transactions on your behalf and to better understand your requirements and preferences.
This information also allows us to provide you with offers that are of greater interest or benefit to you.
How we collect this information
We store your registration and ordering detail so that you don't have to re-enter your details every time you shop with us. And sometimes we add to your personal information with data from external sources. This is usually only done to verify the accuracy of the information we have, and to personalise and improve our services. Generally, the personal information we collect is supplied by you.
What we collect
The information we collect includes your name, business name, address, delivery address, phone number and e-mail address. We also have access to purchasing information through our business partners, including Coles Group Limited, who administer our Officeworks Coles Group Source MasterCard.
Sharing your information
We may need to pass personal details such as your name, business name and address to service providers who perform some of our deliveries. This may include major delivery companies, outsourced call centres, mail houses and third party fulfilment contractors.
In special circumstances, for example if we sell our business, your information may be transferred as part of that sale. We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services we provide without your consent.
From time to time, we may provide data to other business partners for various purposes such as marketing research. In this situation we make it impossible to identify who you are.

Security
We will always take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely. After all, it is in our interests to make sure you feel confident shopping with us online.
Only specially cleared team members in our Customer Service Centre and in Marketing, Stores, Finance and IT have access to our customers' personal information. Their access is subject to strict controls and procedures.
Our e-commerce sites use a security measure called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL locks all your critical information in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted. Our SSL technology is the industry standard in Internet security.
About cookies and what they tell us
A cookie is a small amount of information sent from a web server to your computer when you use our web site. This information does not personally identify you. It simply tells us what areas of our site your computer has visited. It also tells us if you have selected a product and put it in your shopping basket, it does not tell us your personal identity unless you are registered with us.

Officeworks is a Coles Group Limited business. Coles Group Limited businesses highly value the strong relationships we have with our customers. Often these relationships have been built up over many decades and with generations of the same family. The gradual introduction of data collection technology at Coles Group Limited will be handled with full and proper respect for the privacy of our customers. To protect your privacy, you can visit Officeworks Photobooks site without identifying yourself or having to reveal any information about yourself.
1. HOW WE HANDLE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
- We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you log on, place an order or register with us.
- When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, e-mail address, mailing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions, phone number. We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.
- Officeworks is committed to reducing the amount of fraud it faces. Our policy is that we will prosecute any cases of fraud that we identify. As a first time customer, you may receive a telephone call or email requesting more information/proof to confirm the details that you have supplied to us. If any of the information you supply is found to be false or misleading, we will, if we deem it appropriate, report this to the appropriate authorities for them to prosecute.
- We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission.
- When you log on to our site, we will ask you your e-mail address and user ID, which is usually your name.
- If you belong to a participating Club, we may send information about specials we are offering to Club members. We may ask for information which identifies you as a club member. There will be an option to unsubscribe to such information, if you do not wish to receive it.
- When you submit feedback or questions via e-mail, or contact us for information about our Website, we will request your name and e-mail address. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiries.
- When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. We may ask for other information to enable us to improve our site or to send you special offers.
- Our site contains links to other sites. Officeworks and Album printer is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites.
- By default all web server log files capture IP addresses. We may use your IP to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our website and to track web usage. This information is used internally and is not shared with anyone else.
Coles Group Limited was involved in the development of and fully supports the 'National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information' launched in February 1998. As part of these principles, customers who do not want to receive marketing offers through the mail or on the internet can contact us on 1300 301 001.

2. HOW WE PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
For credit card transactions, Officeworks together with Album printer adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. The payment process utlised by Officeworks Photobooks uses HTTPS and is secured by 128bit SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details.
3. HOW WE HANDLE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Officeworks and Album printer has found that attractive, graphics-rich emails are a quick, effective and low-cost way to communicate with customers and prospects about new high tech products, clearance and auction items. We maintain an opt-out, user-customisable subscription service of email addresses of people requesting promotional emails.
We do not want to send emails to you if you would prefer not to receive them. Therefore, every email provides a way for you to unsubscribe from future emails.
4. COLES GROUP LIMITED PRIVACY POLICY
Coles Group Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who shops or interacts with them. Their privacy policy applies to Coles Group Limited Ltd and its related companies, and covers all personal information that Coles Group Limited collects about customers and other individuals outside the Coles Group Limited group. Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for Internet orders only. Prices on some items may differ from those listed in the hard copy Officeworks catalogues and/or Buyer's Guides. Any savings for Officeworks online are based on Internet prices as compared to our current Officeworks catalogue. Your actual savings may vary depending upon the amount of units purchased. Where permitted in all states (excluding SA), we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on this site, including any such errors in relation to prices.
Officeworks online payments
Payments to Officeworks can be made by any credit card or an Officeworks Business Account. We offer a free 30-day account for eligible customers. With a 30-day account we will ship your order the same day that you call us, then send the invoice to you. You can take up to 30 days to pay. To find out if you qualify for an account, simply speak to one of our helpful representatives. The price payable for goods ordered is the price specified on this site, plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Title and risk
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from Officeworks to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

1. Governing Law
Officeworks and Album printer control and operate this web site from its offices within Australia. Our Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. 2. Order acceptance
- All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below.
- The customer accepts these conditions by using the Officeworks Photobook Album Editor software.
- After completing the order, we will store the file provided by you on the server for one month. This is to enable you to order further copies of the album at a later stage. After one month it will be deleted however you may re-upload your album after this period to re-order.
- For each online order, you must pay:
- the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Officeworks Photobooks; and
- the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time.
- Flybuys, Coles Group staff discount, and the Officeworks 30 Day Account Card are not currently available on Officeworks Photobooks website.
3. Site Contents, Ownership & Use Restrictions
The material on this site is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and other countries through international treaties. - You are solely responsible for the contents of file you submit and in obeying the laws of Australia.
- Officeworks Superstores Pty Ltd and Album printer Pty Ltd do not accept responsibility for the contents of the file you submit.
- You warrant that you are either the owner of the copyright OR you have a license to reproduce the photographs and files uploaded into Officeworks Photobooks.
- You agree to indemnify and will keep Officeworks and Album printer indemnified against any claim, demand, injury, damage, loss, expense, cost or liability (whether direct or indirect) made against or suffered by Officeworks and/or Album printer in connection with your use of this site, your breach of these Terms of Use or your breach of any rights of third parties.

- Officeworks emphasises that the quality of the prints in the albums ordered will never be better than is to be expected on the basis of what you see on your computer monitor when using the Album Editor. Take care in proofing and previewing your photo product and carefully check your spelling before ordering.
- Officeworks and Albumprinter's total liability is limited to errors which are related to production, shipping and delivery of the product.
- Protecting Your Log on Details
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Officeworks and Album printer in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised of your user name or password.
6. Delivery time
- The delivery will be completed within 10 business days to your nominated addresses or nominated Officeworks store.
- If delivery cannot be made to your home, a card will be left by Australia Post explaining how you can receive delivery or pick-up the product at your post office.
c) Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation.
7. Guarantee
- Any complaints must be submitted within one week of the delivery of the materials ordered by you to productsupport@photobooks.officeworks.com.au
- Officeworks and Albumprinter's liability is limited to resupplying the ordered materials again.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
Officeworks and Album printer is providing this site and its contents on an 'as is' basis and use of this site is at your own risk. The content is believed to be accurate, complete, current and reliable at the date the information was placed on the site.
