Our Officeworks Extra Cover Plans provide you with complete confidence, because you’re covered:
- For up to 3 years – inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty
- For fair wear and tear – including parts and labour
You’ll also be guaranteed professional nation-wide repairs with one call to our team on 1300 465 713. If you decide to sell your product, don’t stress, you can transfer your Extra Cover Plan to your newly purchased product.

An Extra Cover Plan can be purchased on most Officeworks electronic and mechanical devices, as well as gas lift chairs. You can take out Extra Cover on the following products:

How Extra Cover works
When you’re purchasing a business machine, selected technology products, gas-lift chairs or equipment from Officeworks, simply ask our friendly Team Members about the Extra Cover Plans available to you.
You’ll be given details about the relevant Extra Cover options available and a quote on the price.
If you’re shopping online and the product you’re purchasing is eligible for an Extra Cover Plan, you’ll see a check box option you can tick and add to your cart.
Keep your tax invoice receipt after you have made your purchase in case you need to make a claim.
Please note: Extra Cover plans are a one-off payment that you’ll need to make at the time you purchase your chosen products. You cannot take out an Extra Cover Plan on an item you have previously purchased from Officeworks.
