Our Delivery PoliciesBecause we offer a number of different choices of how you can shop with us, we have a number of different delivery policies. All of these policies are aimed at getting products to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.
We deliver according to the delivery zone in which you are located. You can call us any time to find out where your delivery zone is. Simply contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300-OFFICE (633 423). Note: Suburbs may be re-classified during our promotional and advertising periods.
Officeworks account customers
Free deliveryDelivery is free for orders of $55 or more (excluding big and bulky items) to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. If you are in those delivery areas and your order is less than $55, you will be charged a small delivery fee of $5.45.
For deliveries to areas outside the main metropolitan centres you will be charged $25.95 (including GST) for an order of any value (excluding big and bulky items).
A nominal handling fee of $4.95 applies to all orders but handling fees will not apply on replacement orders or returned items.
Order before 11.30am on business days and all your in-stock items will be delivered on the same day in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. This excludes big and bulky items, which will be delivered next-day.
If you order after 11.30am you'll enjoy overnight delivery in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and surrounding areas. All other delivery zones will be delivered in just a few days.
Note: Cut off period for deliveries is 5pm.
Big and bulky deliveriesBig and bulky items require extra handling and take longer to transport to all parts of Australia. Because of this, additional delivery fees apply to all products nominated as big and bulky and in same day areas they will be delivered next-day.
To check whether or not a product you are ordering is affected look for the 'Big and Bulky' symbol  when you order.
The big and bulky charges are;
- $39.98 for all metro delivery zones.
- $59.98 for non metro / regional delivery zones.
Note : Big and Bulky items are delivered separately to stationery items.
Drop Ship deliveriesDrop Ship items are delivered directly from our supplier and can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. Additional 'Big and Bulky' delivery charges apply to drop ship items.
When placing an order, check whether or not the item you are ordering, has the 'Drop Ship' symbol  .

In store delivery
Some furniture items purchased in store are available by delivery only. Cash and Carry is not available on these items.
Delivery charges apply to items featuring the "In Store Delivery" icon.
Shown are charges for Mon-Fri delivery service.
